CarbonLogic launches new Online Helpdesk/Support system

CarbonLogic's new ticketing system gives customers better access to support information, history and performance.
We are pleased to announce the launch of CarbonLogic’s new Helpdesk Ticketing System powered by Kayako. This system will manage all Customer Support communications and provide you with better access to information regarding open tickets.
The new system can manage tickets by email or a web-based interface, it has a Live Chat (instant messenger) feature and handles contracted response-time SLA guarantees.
Simply send ALL email support requests to
support@carbonlogic.com
and a ticket will automatically be created for you.
You can also create new tickets online at
http://support.carbonlogic.com/
this site will also allow you to view existing tickets and change ticket priority. You can also launch the Live Chat from this site.
Your ticketing system account is based on your email address so you can only see your own tickets. If you would like to have access to your entire team’s tickets, just let us know and we can set it up.
You don’t need to do anything to create a new account, it will automatically be created for you when you email your first support request. Your temporary password will be emailed back to you.
