	Changing your Email Password

Solution CarbonLogic Mail users can change their passwords at any time to something more personal and easy to remember.

To change your password, simply login to the CarbonLogic WebMail Portal in your web browser at the following address:

https://mail.carbonlogic.com

1. Enter your current Username and Password to login.
2. Click the "Options" tab at the top of the screen
3. Click the "Login" link on the left.
4. On the right pane, simply enter your Current Password, and the new password twice.
5. Don't forget to click the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen.

These are the requirements for your password:

- Must be minimum of 9 characters
- Must contain at least one Uppercase letter
- Must contain at least one lowercase letter
- Must contain at least one number
- Must contain at least one symbol

Users can also setup a Password recovery feature (with secret questions) within webmail:

1. Click the "Options" tab at the top of the screen
2. Click the "General >> Account Settings" link on the left.
3. On the right pane, under Password Recovery, check the checkbox "Enable Password Recovery"
4. Enter two Secret Questions and their respective answers
5. Don't forget to click the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen.
